EXPLORING OUR RELATIONSHIP AND CONNECTION TO THE WATER ELEMENT, HOWEVER THAT MAY MANIFEST FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL,AND LOOKING AT HOW WE FLOW THROUGH LIFE. ESPECIALLY RELATED TO THE EMOTIONAL BODY AND THE THROAT AND SACRAL CHAKRA. WE USE THE IMAGERY OF THE SEA,AND THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF MERMAID ENERGY AND HUGE OCEANIC SPACES. DEEPLY LETTING GO OF BLOCKS AND ANY FEAR OF MOVING FREELY,AND EXPLORING AND UNDERSTANDING OUR OWN INNER WATER ENERGY AT A CELLULAR LEVEL,AND THAT IT HOLDS THE MEMORY OF EVERYTHING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO US.
I just wanted to write a few words about the Mermaid workshop that I came on recently.
I was drawn to book the workshop after reading the article in Natural Health Magazine Dec 09. Since my schooldays I have had a desire to paint, but have been unable to put paint to paper, since I had too many emotional blocks.
The Mermaid workshop started with a fascinating exploration of our connection to water, after picking out a mermaid card and doing a visualisation, I poured paint onto a canvas and began a wonderful journey , creating my Mermaid from the visualisation.
The whole experience was wonderful. Especially sharing the experience with like minded friendly people. Christine's guidance throughout the day with cards, flower essences, healing energy, wonderful music, visualisation and lots of tea, plus the encouragement to create the painting, left me happy and positive and feeling connected to the huge energy of the oceans and creatures within it.
This is the beginning of a new journey for me. Thank you Christine for a truly inspiring and uplifting day, I really am looking forward to doing more workshops with you in the new year.

I was very keen to do the mermaid workshop. When I was 14, I'd had to paint a mermaid for my Art exam to see if I
was good enough to Art O-level. Needless to say it was not totally successful and from that point I stopped doing
any art at school. I was very keen to lay that particular ghost to rest. I had always been one of those people who
cannot paint and the thought of a blank canvas is still quite scary. That's the amazing thing about Christine's
workshops - you don't have to be an artist! It doesn't matter! The day was peaceful, creative and uplifting. I
came away with mermaid picture, and I'm keen to do the workshop again to see what my next one looks like,

All workshops run from 10.30 am. until 4.30pm. Refreshments provided ,please bring lunch, or local cafes available. You are welcome to bring your own materials, or I will provide them at cost, but please bring an overall if you have one. The cost of the day is £60 , and the workshops are limited to 6 people so there is plenty of space for everyone.
